To update Membership Data, an authorised user of the RISE Platform (Employer or Paypoint Representative for example) will use the Member Upload Template. 

 

The template can contain change details for one, or for all members. If all member details are provided the RISE Platform will check each Member record, compare the upload file to the data held on the RISE Platform Database, and will update all data changes, per Member.

 

Authorised users may also access the Member Details form on the RISE Platform and update the details manually.

 

All changes are written to the RISE Platform Audit Database against the specific user's details.
