As part of the implementation phase, each Employer Representative (Human Resource Managers, Payroll Administrators, etc.) will be provided with secure login credentials enabling individual access to the RISE Platform.

Your Managing Director, Financial Director, or other authorised Executive will assign and approve access to the RISE Platform. RISE will only provide access to people as approved by the management structure of your business.

The PLATFORM ACCESS | EMPLOYER SUPER USER forms must be used to initiate and approve access by Employer Representatives.

Any changes to access levels must be notified by the Employer Representative, per the USER ACCESS FORM (USERS).
