RISE provides access to various role players and stakeholders including Employers, Brokers, Trustees, and Members. Members of Retirement Funds administered by RISE have full access to their Retirement Fund information via the RISE Member Portal

 

Access is granted to Members who have valid e-mail addresses. To provide access to the RISE Member Portal the Employer must, via the Member Upload File, provide RISE with valid e-mail addresses for Employees. 

 

Once the e-mail addresses have been uploaded the Authorised Employer or Pay-Point Representative must request RISE Member Portal access to be enabled for their employees. This can be done by submitting a request via the RISE SUPPORT DESK using the Category 'Member Portal Access Request'.
