The RISE Platform makes use of simple, standard file formats for Member Uploads, Salary Uploads, and Contribution Uploads. For each of these functions, a standard file format exists and can be accessed on the RISE Platform.

Salary History Upload File

To access the standard Member Upload File.

• Navigate to the Paypoint Dashboard.
• Click on the 'Edit Members' button.
• Click on the 'Import Member Data' menu item.

The document templates can be downloaded by clicking on the relevant link.
