The RISE Platform makes use of simple, standard file formats for Member Uploads, Salary Uploads, and Contribution Uploads. For each of these functions, a standard file format exists and can be accessed on the RISE Platform.

Contribution Upload File

To access the standard Member Upload File:

• Navigate to the Paypoint Dashboard.
• Click on the 'Upload Payroll File' button.
• Click on the 'Import Member Data' menu item.
